- What are your delivery methods?
We ship with GLS or DAO. Delivery is free on orders over 1000 DKK. Visit our Delivery page for a complete overview of prices and delivery times. - How do I change/cancel an order?
To change an order, contact Customer Service as soon as possible with your order number. You can change your order if you haven't received a shipping confirmation. If you wish to cancel your order, contact Customer Service promptly. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return. - Where is my order?

You are entitled to exchange your item for a different size or color within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that items must be in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an item for a different style. - When will I receive my refund?
Once your return package is delivered to our warehouse, we will process the refund to the same payment card used for the purchase. This typically takes 2-4 days. - What do I do if my item is damaged?
If your item is faulty or damaged, you can report your claim. According to the Sale of Goods Act, we offer repair or replacement for the claimed product, and you have up to two years to make a claim.
